What Happens After Invisalign Treatment

After your invisalign treatment is complete, you will need to wear a retainer. This is to ensure that your new smile stays in place. Wearing a retainer is typically required for at least 6 months, and sometimes up to a year or more.

You will need to clean your retainer regularly, and be careful not to lose it! After undergoing invisalign treatment, your teeth will be significantly straighter and more aligned.

During this process, you may experience some discomfort or irritation as your teeth gradually shift into their new position. You may also need to adjust your diet in order to maintain good oral health, as certain foods and drinks can further damage your teeth if they are too sticky or acidic.

Additionally, it is important to maintain good oral hygiene practices after invisalign treatment in order to prevent tooth decay and other dental issues.

If you have any questions or concerns about your invisalign treatment, be sure to talk to your orthodontist. They will be able to help you ensure that you are taking proper care of your teeth and answer any questions you may have.

And with a straight, beautiful smile, you’ll be well on your way to feeling confident and happy!
